Applicant Required Documents

  • One certified passport size photograph
  • Identification of applicant by means of a copy of birth certificate, certified by a Justice of the Peace, along with photographic identification such as a passport, driver's licence or voter's identification.
  • Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN). TRN card or the slip issued by TRN Office must be presented.
  • Individual's student photographic identification
  • University/College Official Transcript.
  • Status letter

Guarantor Required Documents

A guarantor must be:

  • Must be employed for at least 1 year. Between 18 and 60 years old.
  • Gainfully employed- whether formally or self-employed.
  • In Possession of a Tax Registration Number/Unique individual number identifier.
  • One certified passport size photograph
  • Letter sent directly from employer verifying employment
  • Two forms of identification taken from the list below:
  • National Identification
  • Driver’s License
  • Valid Passport
  • Employee’s Identification (where applicable).
  • Proof of Earnings/Income Verification -Last three (3) salary slips
  • Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN). TRN card or the slip issued by TRN Office must be presented.
